Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Dr. Seul has also earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Seul, Dr. Wheeler or Dr. Currimbhoy manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Our doctors practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from tooth extractions, dental implant surgery, and wisdom tooth removal to oral biopsies. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
The surgical staff at Wheeler & Seul Oral Surgery are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who are certified to assist in administration of IV sedation and general anesthesia. All staff are CPR and x-ray certified as well. They are constantly attending continuing education programs to keep current with advances in this ever-changing industry.
